Returns & Exchanges

We work our hardest to provide the highest quality products. If you are not satisfied with your product, please return any unworn merchandise within 30 days of purchase for a refund (less a 10% restocking fee). Any merchandise ON SALE is FINAL. 

Returned packages should be returned through a prepaid, traceable method such as USPS, FedEx or UPS to ensure delivery and a refund or exchange. Pride Factory is not responsible for undelivered returns. 

Pride Factory does reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet the above requirements, but we do our best to keep you happy!
